How do I get one-on-one research help?
A member of our reference team would be happy to assist you! There are several ways to contact reference staff:
- Chat with us using the Ask a Librarian link on the library’s homepage.
- Submit a question through the RT form. Your question will be answered by the next business day.
- Call us at 410-455-2358 during our hours of operation.
- Come in person to the Research Help Desk on the library's first floor.
- Book an appointment with a librarian on the Make a Research Appointment page.
