I am not a current UMBC student- can I use Interlibrary Loan?

Unfortunately not.
ILL is also not available to Special Borrowers or alumni per Interlibrary Loan Guidelines.
All non-UMBC users should contact their local public library, workplace library, or other appropriate institution for Interlibrary Loan service.
