I am/my students are having trouble accessing my electronic course reserves.
Answer
- Try re-adding the link for reserves to your Blackboard course.
- Check that the activation dates for the items are valid. Note that, by default, reserves items become available the day before the semester starts and expire the day after the semester ends.
- If you added a link from the Content Market to an individual reserves item, let your students know that they must click on the link to Library Reserves Home at least once before they’re able to access individual items. This validates them in the Ares system for the rest of the semester.
